• How to determine the type of processor in your Mac?
  
  1. Visit the "About This Mac" window, In the Finder, choose "About This Mac" from the "Apple" menu.
  2. Look at the Processor line to see which kind of processor is in your Mac.
  
  
• What's the difference between the trial version and the registered version of the program?
  
  Actually there is no functional difference between the trial version and the full version. The only limitation of trial version is the watermark on the output files. And, the trial version cannot be registered. As our registered users, you will be entitled to get the free upgrade within a certain version and receive the full technical support from us.
  
  
• What's the difference between a CD version and a Download version?
  
  1. Delivery time. Usually, adownload version of the program will be sent in one and a half hours once your order is processed successfully. However, due to the delivery time and also different delivery destinations, it will take 2~3 weeks before CD disc's final arrival. Notwithstanding this inconvenience, you need not wait for so long to use the program. The same as the download version, you will first receive a registrationemail.
  
  2. Version numbers. During the delivery time, we may have upgraded the program to a higher version. So the version of the program on the disc may be not up-to-date. But do not worry about that. We promise to offer free minor upgrade support to keep your program up-to-date.
  
  3. Prices.We only charge $10 more than the download version's price for the CD version asadditional fee for delivery and CD disc.
  
  
• What's PAL and NTSC?
  
  TV standard is a video broadcast standard in a country. For the time being, there are three video formats around the world, which includes PAL/SECAM and NTSC. But each one is incompatible with others. For example, the system used in America & Canada is called "NTSC".
  
  Western Europe and Australia use a system called "PAL", and Eastern Europe and France use "SECAM". Without standards conversion, it is impossible to view a video program that is recorded in a foreign country without first converting it.
  
  
• Where is the output file?
  
  To find the ripped file, you can press the button of “Open” to open Output folder where you can locate the file. Also, you can set another folder to save output file as you like, by pressing the button in front of Open button.
  
  
• My original DVD or Video is a 16:9 one. But after the conversion, I got a 4:3 file. Can I keep the original aspect?
  
  Yes. Before you start ripping, please check on the item that you want to convert. And then click "Edit" on the top of the interface. Click “Trim” Select "Keep original" in the Zoom box.
  
  
• I cannot import a file. It said failed to create encoder, how can I do?

• Should I put spaces or dashes in the Credit Card number?
  
  No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.
  
  
• I just ordered your program, but still have not received my registration e-mail?
  
  Commonly, it will take about half an hour to process your order. Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail first if the order has been processed successfully. After the confirmation e-mail, a registration e-mail will be sent to you soon.
